The Global Team
Our Story
A desire for solutions that work in real-time.
Our leadership team of experienced emergency management specialists founded GICS after identifying room for improvement in ICS’s practical and real-time application and its role in emergency management practices.
Inspired to improve efficiency and safety, our leadership team conceptualized and designed the Incident Command Competency Framework as a systematized response to this pressing need.
Today, Global trainers and leadership continue to help large organizations and corporations evaluate individual and employee-level competencies to make emergency management practices more effective and efficient.
